Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through targeted lead generation and outreach campaigns
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Lead client communication across the full sales cycle — from discovery calls to deal closure
• Collaborate with the product team to relay client feedback and shape product positioning
• Manage and mentor junior sales team members, setting clear goals and supporting their development
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations to prospects
• Track, analyse, and report on key sales metrics to inform strategy and forecast performance

We are hiring for Performance Marketing Analysts, Consultants and Managers with hands-on experience on Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto, Amazon, Flipkart and other e-commerce/ quick commerce performance marketing for our client. She/He should have a good understanding of linking category and platform insights to performance marketing actions. The role will be very hands-on and will involve full ownership of execution of campaigns (including keyword harvesting, bid changes, report creation) using our automation tool.

Qualifications

● 1-5 years of experience in e-commerce performance marketing - esp Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit etc

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Backend Developer for our client, a US-based tech company, to take ownership of backend architecture, scalability, and infrastructure. This is a critical engineering role where you'll lead feature development and ensure high system performance as the company grows rapidly.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable backend systems using Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI)
• Optimize and manage relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Design and implement asynchronous processing using Redis and RabbitMQ
